I’m a big fan of simplicity – I personally get discouraged really quickly when looking at a gluten free recipe and seeing 4 different flours and at least 2 gums listed as ingredients. It all seems so unnecessary! The following recipes are aimed at getting things down to as few ingredients as possible. It’s easier on the wallet, and on your pantry – who has room for all of those different flours?
